About The Position
Join our team as a dual-role Facilities Cleaner and Groundskeeper. This dynamic position splits time between indoor facility maintenance and heavy-duty outdoor upkeep across all seasons. To qualify for this role, you must pass a motor vehicle background check and a drug screen to operate company trucks and utility vehicles. You must also have the physical stamina to maneuver heavy pressure washers and leaf blowers. Excellent communication skills and the ability to use a two-way radio are essential for daily team coordination.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Comfortable working in winter conditions
- Pre-employment drug screen required
- THC is not included in the drug screening panel for applicants living in Minnesota
- Physically able to bend, lift up to 30 lbs., walk quickly, and remain on your feet throughout the shift
- Willing to consent to a background check
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Basic English proficiency required for safety
