Support is provided on a one-to-one or two-to-one basis for community access, with shared support within the home. Shifts are available, including 8 am-8 pm, 10:00 am-5:00 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9 am-5 pm on Mondays and Fridays, and waking night shifts from 8 pm-8 am. Responsibilities

  • Spend your whole shift with the person you support, making the biggest impact on their lives
  • Provide support based on the principles of choice, dignity and respect
  • Support individuals with learning disabilities and physical disabilities
  • Assist with activities such as going out and accessing the local community, shopping, arts and crafts, going for drives in vehicles, eating out at nice restaurants and people watching
  • Provide one to one/ two to one support to access the local community
  • Share support within the home
