The role requires staff who are fun, bubbly, and outgoing, and who do not like individuals who are bossy. Support is provided on a one-to-one or two-to-one basis for community access, with shared support within the home. Shifts are available, including 8 am-8 pm, 10:00 am-5:00 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9 am-5 pm on Mondays and Fridays, and waking night shifts from 8 pm-8 am. Responsibilities

Spend your whole shift with the person you support, making the biggest impact on their lives
Provide support based on the principles of choice, dignity and respect
Support individuals with learning disabilities and physical disabilities
Assist with activities such as going out and accessing the local community, shopping, arts and crafts, going for drives in vehicles, eating out at nice restaurants and people watching
Provide one to one/ two to one support to access the local community
Share support within the home
