Requirements

• Male - BFOQ
• Strong attention to detail with a consistent focus on guest service and quality standards
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Understanding of spa environments and amenities, with a health- and wellness-focused mindset
• Professional appearance, positive demeanor, and commitment to hospitality excellence
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of luxury locker rooms to reflect spa standards
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize showers, sinks, lockers, and guest amenities
• Ensure towels, robes, slippers, and toiletries are fully stocked and beautifully presented
• Assist spa guests by providing towels, water, and refreshments while delivering attentive, courteous service
• Monitor locker rooms regularly to ensure tidiness, comfort, and guest satisfaction
• Identify and report maintenance or repair needs promptly to support smooth operations
• Manage laundry operations, including washing, drying, and organizing towels and linens
• Uphold a professional presence while maintaining a safe, calm, and welcoming environment
