About The Position

Averhealth is hiring a part-time Male Drug Screening Representative to support people pursuing recovery. The role involves collecting and processing urine samples, keeping accurate records, and treating each patient with respect, dignity, and professionalism. It is an entry-level position with opportunities for career growth.

The primary worksite may vary based on operational needs. Regular coverage at secondary sites within a 45-mile radius may be required. The schedule is under 20 hours per week, generally two days per week, with primary hours from 7:45 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday through Friday, including Saturdays and holidays as needed. Shifts may vary due to random testing needs; schedules are provided approximately one month in advance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 10 pounds for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients at the testing center.
• Conduct observed urine collections with male patients complying with probation, completing drug treatment programs, or meeting bond requirements.
• Prepare and ship collected specimens to the Averhealth laboratory.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the testing site.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company and legal standards.
• Provide regular coverage at secondary sites within a 45-mile radius when required.
