About The Position

We are looking for a dependable, compassionate Male CNA or Experienced male Caregiver to provide hands-on care and support for a client at Pioneer Senior Living at Upland Park. This is an ongoing assignment for someone who is comfortable providing hands-on personal care and mobility assistance.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience OR an active CNA certification
Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel to Huntsville
Must be comfortable working around and with pets
Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable completing a background screening
Must be available for an ongoing schedule
Hands-on experience with mobility assistance and personal care
Hoyer lift experience is required
Comfortable with wheelchair transfers, gait belt use, Barton chair, total/bedbound care, catheter care, and other hands-on care needs
Must be able to assist with mobility, provide personal care, lift over 50 lbs., and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation
