Assisting Hands - Matteson is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Male Caregiver to join our amazing team in Matteson, IL! This is a Monday–Friday position where you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most. Requirements

• Male caregiver candidates preferred to meet specific client care needs
• Prior caregiving, home health aide, or CNA experience is a plus
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to help others
• Ability to work a consistent Monday–Friday schedule
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Nice To Haves

• Prior caregiving, home health aide, or CNA experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to client care plans
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
• Assist with medication reminders and follow established care routines
