About The Position
Comfort Keepers is currently seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Male Caregiver to provide high-quality in-home care for seniors in the Hurst area. We are looking for caregivers who are committed to improving the quality of life for our clients while providing respectful and personalized care. Shifts may include Monday, Friday, and Weekends during Day Shifts from 10:00 am to 1:15 pm.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have a reliable vehicle.
- Must have auto insurance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Reliable work ethic.
- Compassionate, patient, and genuinely dedicated to elevating the human spirit.
- Willingness to participate in company-provided training.
Nice To Haves
- 1+ years of caregiving experience is preferred.
- Experience with dementia care is a big plus.
- Comfortable working in homes that frequently feature beloved family pets.
Responsibilities
- Assist seniors with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and engagement through meaningful conversation, activities, and genuine connection.
- Assist with safe transfers, prepare nutritious meals, and handle light housekeeping.
- Provide timely medication reminders and assist with medications.
