Requirements

• Prefer 1,000 hours of long-term care with geriatric or chronically ill persons (exceptions for CNAs, PCAs, family caregiving, or companionship/housekeeping only roles).
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of the position.
• Must have available reliable transportation.
• If transporting clients, must have proof of a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Pass a criminal background check (national and any required by state).
• Pass a drug screen.
• This role is classified as a safety-sensitive position.
• Not offering Visa Sponsorships.

Nice To Haves

• Recently licensed Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Personal Care Aid (PCA).
• Experience caring for a family member.
• Willingness to provide companionship and housekeeping services only.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as getting dressed.
• Perform housekeeping duties.
• Provide care and comfort to clients who cannot always care for themselves.
• Transport clients if required and possess valid driver's license and insurance.
