About The Position

Tonti Properties is hiring a Make-Ready team member to prepare vacated apartments for new residents. Working closely with the Property Manager, the role is responsible for returning apartments to market-ready condition on time and to standard. Work includes cleaning, minor repairs, painting, and ensuring each unit is ready for move-in. Additional duties may be assigned by the Property Manager, Director of Maintenance, or Regional Supervisor.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of general labor and/or skilled trades experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet the physical demands of the job.
• Proficiency with tools and equipment, including vacuums, buffers, ladders, hand tools, and carpet cleaners.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Own set of tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Return vacated apartments to market-ready condition on time and to standard.
• Clean apartments, complete minor repairs, and paint units.
• Ensure each apartment is move-in ready.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Property Manager, Director of Maintenance, or Regional Supervisor.
