About The Position

Allied Property Management is looking for a Make Ready to help manage the general maintenance of recently vacated apartments for market readiness and curb appeal of the apartment community. Responsibilities

• Preparing recently vacated apartments for market readiness
• Respond to service work orders
• Grounds keeping
• Assist maintenance technician
• Gathers all necessary tools, equipment, and supplies needed to make an apartment unit available to rent.
• Checks air conditioning unit, heating unit, water heater, and contacts maintenance technician for more extensive repairs or replacements.
• Checks all doors and windows and re-keys locks.
• Repairs holes in walls and performs painting duties as needed.
• Assist maintenance technician as needed.
• Clean breezeways and parking lots by use of a blower or pressure washer.
• Polishes and varnishes cabinets and other woodwork as needed.
• Evaluates flooring for condition; shampoos carpet/vinyl, or replaces carpet/vinyl if needed
• Performs other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business.
