Morgan Properties is hiring a Make-Ready Technician at Canterbury Green Apartments. This role involves turning empty apartments into welcoming homes, ensuring a great first impression for residents. The ideal candidate is hands-on, takes pride in details, treats everyone with respect, and performs the job correctly. Requirements
- Experience with apartment turns, make ready work, maintenance, construction, or related trades.
- Working knowledge of painting, drywall, carpentry, basic plumbing, and basic electrical repairs.
- Appliance repair experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and keep turns moving in a high-volume community.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A positive, team-first attitude and a "whatever it takes" mindset.
