About The Position
Ivy Plains at Brooks Apartment is now hiring a Make Ready/ Ticket Runner in San Antonio, TX. This role involves preparing vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements, responding to and completing residential service requests in a timely manner, and resolving maintenance issues in areas such as A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing, and appliance repair. The position also includes cleaning and maintenance of grounds and common areas, and providing residents with outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- At least 12 months of onsite experience
- Possess valid Identification
Responsibilities
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
- Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair
- Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
