About The Position

We are seeking a Make Ready Technician for our Management Support property, Estancia at Ridgeview Ranch, which features 500 apartment units. We are looking for individuals with strong maintenance skills who are eager for productivity and advancement within our company. Training is available for applicants with prior experience in trades or maintenance at other multifamily management companies. Compensation will be based on experience and anticipated performance, with an hourly pay rate of $22 - $25. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, including rotating weekend coverage. MS manages its own luxury Class A and B+ multifamily apartments with extraordinary interior and community amenities, currently managing approximately 13,500 Class A units across 36 properties. Requirements

• Basic electrical, plumbing, appliance maintenance and repair.
• Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs. up three flights of stairs if there is no elevator.
• Current driver's license with non-rated auto insurance to be verified.
• Understand and follow written policies.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC certification preferred.
• Bilingual (any language) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests assigned for vacant units (make ready).
• Attend to preventive and routine maintenance promptly and expertly.
• Maintain property-owned equipment and tools, ensuring they are properly secured after each use.
• Ensure all work areas are secured per policy when they are not occupied.
• Work under the direction of your Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager.
