About The Position

This Make Ready Technician position is at the Estancia at Ridgeview Ranch property, which has 500 apartment units. Requirements

• Prior experience in the trades or prior maintenance experience at other multifamily management companies
• Basic electrical, plumbing, appliance maintenance and repair
• Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs. up three flights of stairs if there is no elevator
• Current driver's license with non-rated auto insurance to be verified
• Understand and follow written policies
• Organized and responsible individuals who take pride in their work

Responsibilities

• Promptly and expertly attend to preventive and routine maintenance
• Maintain property owned equipment and tools and ensure they are properly secured after each use
• Ensure all work areas are secured per policy when they are not occupied
• Complete service requests assigned for vacant units (make ready)
• Work under direction of your Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager
