About The Position

Seldin Company is seeking an Part Time Grounds/Make Ready Technician at Chapel Ridge apartment community in Marion, IA. This is a Tax Credit property with 200 units. This position will pay up to $20.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. This position is part time 25 hours per week.

Requirements

• Grounds/Maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition and appearance of the community.
• Perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.
