About The Position

Tuscany Park Apartments is now hiring a Make Ready Tech in San Antonio, TX. This role is responsible for preparing vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements, maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the grounds and common areas, and providing outstanding customer service to residents. The position also involves assisting the maintenance team with light tasks and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to management to help keep the community neat and welcoming.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service
• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents
