About The Position

This role is responsible for cleaning, deburring, sanding, and finishing products. The Make Ready Tech will also perform sandblasting, repair and patch materials, and accurately document labor transactions. The position requires effective use of hand and air tools, maintaining 5S standards, and adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and company policies. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED.
• No experience required.
• Experience with sandblasting equipment and abrasive finishing processes.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and pneumatic (air) tools.
• Strong understanding of and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Commitment to workplace safety standards and company compliance policies.
• Dependable and punctual with strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable and flexible in fast-paced environments.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Safety-conscious and compliant with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Clean, deburr, sand, and finish products as required.
• Perform sandblasting as needed.
• Repair and patch materials according to instructions from leadership or engineering.
• Accurately document labor transactions.
• Utilize hand tools and air tools effectively.
• Maintain 5S standards for workplace organization and cleanliness.
• Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
