About The Position
The Medve Group, Inc. is actively seeking a Make Ready Technician at Chateau Lake Terrace in New Orleans, LA.
Requirements
- Experience with painting, sheet rock repair, carpentry and tiling
- Be able to assist with maintenance on-call responsibilities
- Must be dependable and have own transportation

- HVAC certification
Responsibilities
- Ensure all vacant apartments are ready prior to move-in by completing a checklist of required services and repairs
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, minor requests, routine preventative maintenance, and repairs as needed
- Assist in monitoring the physical condition of the community, pick up grounds and immediately report any issues
- Other duties as assigned by management
