About The Position

Currently, Envolve is searching for a Make Ready Technician to work at Carpenters Place Apartments in Ypsilanti, MI. The Make Ready Technician will perform general cleaning and upkeep of the building and grounds, prepare vacant units for move-in, perform some repairs, and assist the maintenance team as needed.
Requirements
- Must possess the ability to clean the building and grounds and perform general maintenance repairs.
- Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
- Must be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Background Screening and Drug Test Required
Nice To Haves
- 3 plus years of Make Ready or Maintenance Technician experience.
Responsibilities
- Clean the building and grounds and perform general maintenance repairs.
- Complete work orders and forms to assure all documentation regarding operations of maintenance equipment is completed properly.
- Assist the maintenance team as needed.
- Prepare vacant units for move-in.
- Perform some repairs.
