About The Position
ParkVista Apartments is now hiring a Make Ready Tech in San Antonio, TX. This role involves preparing vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements. The position also assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed. The Make Ready Tech will also provide residents with outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- At least 12 months of onsite experience
- Possess valid Identification
Responsibilities
