About The Position
The Palms at 8800 Apartments is now hiring a Make Ready Tech in San Antonio, TX. This role involves preparing vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements, assisting in maintaining the grounds and common areas, and providing residents with outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- At least 12 months of onsite multifamily experience
- Previous experience as a Make Ready required
- Possess valid Identification
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
