About The Position

The Make Ready Tech is responsible for efficiently performing all necessary maintenance in vacant apartments to ensure market ready move-ins.

Requirements

• Knowledge of general maintenance, painting, and grounds care
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call
• Punctual, dependable and a self-starter
• Ability to multi-task
• Team player

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner
• Maintain company safety standards
