About The Position
The Legacy Apartments is currently hiring a Full Time Make Ready Technician / Porter for our apartment community in San Antonio, TX.
Requirements
- At least 12 months of onsite experience
- Should have knowledge of painting
- Basic makeready skills
- Knowledge of how to make keys and rekey units
- Knowledge of appliances
- Able to frequently stand; walk for extended periods of time; push, pull, lift, carry or maneuver of up to 40 pounds independently and 100 pounds with assistance.
- Must be Bilingual (Spanish)
Responsibilities
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris
- Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
