About The Position
Seeking a Maintenance Technician for full-time employment. This role involves responding to and completing residential service requests, preparing vacant apartments for market-ready status, and performing various maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- At least 2 plus years of onsite experience
- Possess valid Identification
- Organized
- Communication Skills
- HVAC Certified
- Electric experience
- Plumbing experience
- HandyMan skills
- Carpentry skills
- Must have experience working in multifamily
Responsibilities
- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
- Paint and pick up grounds
- Painting
- Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
