About The Position
Seeking a Maintenance Technician for full-time responsibilities including responding to and completing residential service requests in a timely manner, painting, grounds upkeep, and resolving maintenance issues in areas such as A/C, electrical, sheetrock repair, plumbing, and appliance repair. The role also involves preparing vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements, and maintaining grounds and common areas. Providing outstanding customer service to residents is a key aspect of this position.
Requirements
- At least 2 plus years of onsite experience
- Possess valid Identification
- Must have experience working in multifamily
- Organized
- Communication Skills
- HVAC Certified
- Electric experience
- Plumbing experience
- HandyMan
- Carpentry
Responsibilities
- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
- Paint and pick up grounds
- Painting
- Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
