About The Position

We’re partnering with a growing leader in print finishing and lamination solutions to hire a Major Accounts Representative. This is a high-impact, growth-focused sales role managing an established multi-state territory with strong existing accounts and significant new business potential. This position is open due to a recent internal promotion, and you’ll receive hands-on training and support to ensure a smooth transition and long-term success.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience (printing, packaging, or related industry preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing a territory and key accounts
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
  • Comfortable working remotely with frequent travel
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Must be based in California

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to travel by car and air as needed
  • Must be comfortable visiting manufacturing and production environments

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a multi-state territory of key accounts and prospects
  • Build relationships with commercial printers, label, and packaging converters
  • Identify and close new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic account growth plans
  • Conduct in-person client visits, on-site meetings, and plant tours
  • Maintain consistent weekly travel schedule across territory (approx. 3 days/week)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, technical specialists, sales leadership)
  • Track pipeline, activity, and accounts in CRM (Salesforce or similar)
