Position Summary: The Major Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with a portfolio of high-value clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for these strategic clients, customers and segments, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing their needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives and drive long-term success and expansion.
