• Majesco Policy Admin
• Majesco Billing
• Majesco Claims
• Experience with workflows, business rules, and product features / user journeys configuration
• Experience acting as a liaison between business and tech teams
• Experience defining test cases, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria
• Experience supporting SIT (System Integration Testing)
• Experience supporting UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Experience identifying automation opportunities
• Experience recommending best practices
• Experience preparing BRDs, FDDs, user stories
• Experience maintaining requirement traceability
• Experience conducting training & knowledge transfer
• Experience working with SMEs, business users
• Experience providing status updates
• Experience supporting adoption & change management

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement workshops with stakeholders
• Document business processes, functional requirements (BRDs, FDDs), and use cases
• Translate business needs into functional specs
• Design solutions using Majesco Policy Admin, Majesco Billing, and Majesco Claims
• Configure workflows, business rules, and product features / user journeys
• Act as liaison between business & tech teams
• Ensure clear communication of requirements
• Work with developers, architects, product owners
• Define test cases, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria
• Support SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Validate system aligns with business needs
• Identify automation opportunities
• Recommend best practices
• Minimize customization → maximize out-of-box usage
• Prepare BRDs, FDDs, user stories
• Maintain requirement traceability
• Conduct training & knowledge transfer
• Work with SMEs, business users
• Provide status updates
• Support adoption & change management
