About The Position
Seasons at Sandpoint is hiring a full-time Maintenance person to help maintain the beauty of the resort on nine acres of lakeshore. The areas to be maintained include the Retreat building, exterior and interior common areas, beach, pool, hot tub, marina, public spaces, exterior grounds, storage areas, and garage. Additionally, the Maintenance Person will ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained. This position may fill in for property watch as needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of general maintenance skills.
- Great communication skills.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Nice To Haves
- Pool and hot tub maintenance experience.
Responsibilities

- Ensure all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained.
- Fill in for property watch as needed.
