About The Position

This is a part-time Maintenance position at Best Western Coral Hills. The role involves utilizing basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, along with experience using hand and electrical tools. The ideal candidate will be able to read technical manuals and drawings, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have the physical stamina and dexterity to perform various tasks throughout the workday. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a valid driver's license is preferred.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
Experience using hand and electrical tools
Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Physical stamina and dexterity
Ability to stand, sit, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push/pull and lift/carry items frequently throughout the workday
High school diploma or equivalent
