About The Position
Maintenance is responsible for janitorial and general maintenance work at garages and surface lots, ensuring they are cleaned and maintained daily. The role also involves interacting with customers, handling disputes, and communicating effectively with departments, coworkers, customers, and clients. Employees may work at multiple facility locations, assist customers with vehicles and parking needs, and help with cashiering as needed.
Requirements
- Experience with general facility maintenance.

- Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English.

- Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 30 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
- Ability to operate machinery, including a golf cart.

- Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and clean garages and surface lots daily.
- Perform general maintenance, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces and equipment, emptying and picking up trash, changing light bulbs, and painting.
- Operate garage or floor sweepers and scrubbers as needed to keep floors clean and safe.
- Complete daily maintenance checklist duties efficiently and on time.
- Greet customers, respond promptly to correspondence and problems, and build rapport with customers.
- Provide vehicle assistance to customers in garages and surface lots.
- Assist customers through the intercom system and in lobbies, lanes, and the parking office.
- Promote customer satisfaction through a friendly demeanor, helpful attitude, and willingness to assist.
- Assist with cashiering functions as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
