This role involves responding to and attending to guest repair requests. Responsibilities include fixing minor plumbing issues such as unclogging drains, plunging toilets, and repairing leaky spigots and faucets. The position also entails performing miscellaneous minor repairs like tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls. Additionally, the role requires performing preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication, and maintaining daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities. Communication with guests/customers may be necessary to resolve maintenance issues. The role also requires adherence to all company and safety/security policies and procedures, reporting of maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries, and completion of safety training and certifications. Ensuring a clean and professional appearance, maintaining confidentiality, and protecting company assets are also key. The position involves welcoming and acknowledging guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing guest service needs, and assisting individuals with disabilities. Clear and professional communication, developing positive working relationships, and listening and responding appropriately to employee concerns are expected. Quality expectations and standards must be met. Physical requirements include reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Visual inspection of tools, equipment, or machines is necessary. The role requires moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Moving up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders, and grasping, turning, and manipulating objects of varying size and weight are also part of the job. Other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors may be assigned.
