Perform all needed repairs and services to maintain the safety, security and proper operation of the facility in accordance with departmental procedures and state and local policies. Must be capable of performing general maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities include: 1. Assisting with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC . 2. Assisting with snow removal (salt, sand and shovel walkways) and lawn care as needed. 3. Moving equipment/furniture as needed. 4. Performing other duties as assigned by the Director of Facilities Operations.
