About The Position

Catholic Community Services of Southern Arizona, Inc. (CCS) is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Worker to provide maintenance and environmental service support for CCS programming. This role involves minor repairs, landscaping, and building and vehicle maintenance. The position may be stressful at times and require a high demand of performance. CCS has a 90-year history of strengthening families, supporting communities, providing compassionate services, and delivering excellence. Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or experience
One year of experience in providing maintenance services
Ability to stoop, bend, climb, and reach
Ability to lift 40 pounds 20% of the time
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver license, proof of insurance, and 39-month motor vehicle report
Ability to obtain and maintain Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and FBI National Criminal Records History Report
Pass pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

Performs minor repairs and/or troubleshoots issues in CCS facilities, including general repairs, moving furniture or equipment, and performing inspections on key areas like roofs, air conditioning units, or appliances. Reports escalated concerns to leadership.
Provides general and emergency environmental services support for program areas as needed.
Assists with vehicle maintenance, including inspections, minor repairs, and reporting issues to leadership.
Completes grounds maintenance and landscaping duties.
May drive agency vehicle on company business.
May perform other duties as assigned.
