Job Summary: Plans, develops, implements and revises policies and procedures throughout every hospital department. Manage the policy and procedure software system and database for the department. Maintains all hospital policy and procedure manuals. Distributes policies for approval both electronically and for committee meetings. Coordinates small program(s) with limited budget/impact. Applies substantial knowledge and experience to perform a wide range of advanced activities and/or determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals; serves as working supervisor for team or work group.
