About The Position
We are seeking a reliable Experienced Maintenance Worker to support daily operations and upkeep of the property. This role involves a mix of general maintenance, equipment operation, and customer interaction.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
- Experience in General maintenance or handyman work (required for experienced level)
- Strong work ethic; punctual and dependable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Experience or certification operating forklifts, golf carts, scissor lifts, and tractors
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, drywall, tile, flooring, carpentry, and concrete work
- Complete basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Provide assistance to customers and vendors as needed
- Safely operate equipment such as (experienced or certification is a plus but not required): Forklifts, Golf carts, Scissor lifts, Tractors
- Complete additional duties as assigned
