About The Position

Columbia Cottage in Linglestown, PA is looking to hire a Maintenance Worker to refresh rooms upon turnover and perform general building maintenance at our assisted living community. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Generalized knowledge about plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and flooring
Driver's license

Responsibilities

Refresh rooms upon turnover.
Perform general building maintenance.
Address general maintenance issues.
Patch walls, apply a fresh coat of paint, replace carpet, and make units look new again.
Take care of urgent repairs.
Be available on-call for emergencies.
