Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalency
3-4 years of building maintenance and repair experience
Valid drivers license required

Responsibilities

Work 40 hours/week Monday – Friday, second shift including every third weekend and holiday rotation Shift time: 1:30- 10:00pm
Perform overall maintenance, service and repair work on clinic plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration facilities and equipment; assume independent responsibility for the overall maintenance of assigned clinic facilities during off hours, weekends, and holidays when "taking call".
Conduct periodic inspections of designated buildings and equipment; when necessary, repair and perform preventive maintenance on general building facilities and electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and equipment.
Demonstrate dependability, problem solving, team building skills, and organizational skills.
Work with a team of talented patient care professionals to provide service with empathy.
