About The Position
Penske Logistics is looking for safety-conscious warehouse associates with a pleasant, outgoing attitude to join an excellent team and excel in a warehouse environment. This is a new operation located in Laredo, Texas, with new hire orientation projected for August. The position details include working Monday to Friday from 3:00 pm to 12:00 am, with weekends and holidays as required, and a base rate of $21.63.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Accurately match numbers & letters
- Accurately stage and sort products for loading
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Sorts and places parts in racks or other designated areas
- Stacks cardboard boxes and pallets
- Call out orders using a headset and microphone to voice pick and confirm
- Stack and secure picked product in a stable manner for shipping
- Select and process multiple orders at a time
- Move materials within the warehouse
- Complies with all safety requirements
- Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system
- Quality control
- Ensure damaged products are identified and removed when received
- Communicate with associates from other shifts
- Attach identifying tags to containers, or mark them with identifying information
- Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments and material and equipment needs
- Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
