Requirements
- Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings
- Must possess a valid Driver's License which meets company standards for approved driver status
- Must have at least one year experience in overall maintenance work and general building maintenance
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Responsibilities
- Provides regular and preventative maintenance and repairs to facilities as assigned
- Reports any equipment needs and repairs immediately to supervisor
- Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment in good working order
- Assists in monitoring the regulatory compliance of buildings, equipment, and grounds
- Performs all other duties as assigned
