Under the general supervision of the Assistant Manager Facilities and Sr. Manager Facilities, the Maintenance Worker will be responsible for janitorial duties and general maintenance for areas including, but not limited to office areas, branches, picnic area, bathrooms, storage areas and entrances. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • <1 year of experience.
  • Computer Skills: MS Office.
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, climb, kneel and lift over 50lbs.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Travel between FourLeaf locations is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive building maintenance services across multiple FourLeaf locations, including facility upkeep and preventative maintenance tasks such as trash removal, spot and deep cleaning of carpets and other surfaces, interior and exterior ground‑level window cleaning, restroom servicing, storefront and drive‑up power washing, and the distribution, recovery, and management of critical equipment and components.
  • Conduct site inspections across branch locations, including evaluations of cleaning service performance, identification of deficiencies, and assessment of all building maintenance concerns such as lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Van maintenance including complete/submit/log of inspection forms, van storage and van removal.
  • Maintain inventory of janitorial supplies and complete required monthly task sheets; accurately document maintenance tasks, repairs, and work progress through detailed maintenance logs and task forms.
  • Secure areas on property including opening of picnic area and closure of branch front entrance.
  • Perform additional maintenance duties and special projects as assigned.
