About The Position
Join our team at The Arc of Chemung-Schuyler as a skilled Maintenance/Facility Worker at our Elmira location. In this role, you will be responsible for performing general facility maintenance and repairs, ensuring our facilities are well-maintained and safe. Your proactive approach to identifying and addressing maintenance issues will help create a welcoming environment for staff and the individuals we serve. This role offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $21.00 for Maintenance Techs to $24.15 for Maintenance Techs with a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Requirements
- Clean and valid driver's license.
- Background in remodeling and construction trades.
- Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment commonly found in maintenance work.
- Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues independently and efficiently.
