About The Position
Established in 1909, George Junior Republic and its affiliates provide opportunities for success and wellness to the individuals, families, and communities served. GJR in PA is currently hiring two positions for the maintenance department. This position performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled work in order to complete the maintenance requirements of all GJR properties.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED

- Primarily serve as a maintenance employee
- Primary responsibility as a Security Technician
- Responsible for maintenance tasks associated with fire alarm management.
Responsibilities
- Completes all maintenance requests outlined on work orders in a timely manner.
- Able to service and maintain HVAC equipment.
- Able to perform basic functions related to plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- On-call on rotating weekends.
- May be required to start work day early during inclement weather.
