About The Position
United Hebrew is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Worker to join our team of dedicated professionals in the Building Services department. This role is key to ensuring each visitor and resident has an enjoyable experience by making sure that the facility is well-maintained and operational.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills required
- Two or more years of proven experience as a maintenance worker, construction role or similar
- Basic working knowledge of electrical, plumbing skills (changing electrical outlets, identifying and changing fuses/ability to identify and change toilet flush and fill valve, flapper, lever and floor flange)
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting a plus
