About The Position
Cheyenne County Village is seeking an experienced, dependable Full-Time Maintenance Worker to assist with building and grounds maintenance in a resident-centered, team-focused environment.
Requirements
- General maintenance experience preferred
- Detail oriented
- Dependable
- Flexible
- Follows safety practices
- Able to work independently indoors and outdoors
Responsibilities
- Preventative maintenance tasks and documentation
- Repairs, building updates including painting, and furniture moving
- HVAC filter changes
- Floor care
- Lawn care, landscaping, pruning, and snow removal
- Running emergency response drills such as fire, tornado, power outages, aggressive intruder and responding to emergency situations
- Additional projects as assigned
