Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in HVAC, electrical, and lighting
- At least 21 years of age
- Able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
- Able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
- Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License
Nice To Haves
- Practical experience in troubleshooting and routine HVAC maintenance
Responsibilities
- Supporting the day-to-day upkeep and repair of residential units and facility spaces.
- Completing work orders.
- Performing general building maintenance.
- Assisting with lighting, basic electrical, and HVAC-related repairs.
