As a result, over the last 60 years Sunrise has increased the number of persons served from 50 people in just South Florida to over 1,400 across several states with over 2,500 exceptional employees.

Requirements

• Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings
• Must possess a valid Driver's License which meets company standards for approved driver status
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must have at least one year experience in overall maintenance work and general building maintenance

Responsibilities

• Provides regular and preventative maintenance and repairs to facilities as assigned
• Reports any equipment needs and repairs immediately to supervisor
• Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment in good working order
• Assists in monitoring the regulatory compliance of buildings, equipment, and grounds
• Performs all other duties as assigned
