About The Position
The City of Aiken is seeking a Maintenance Worker to join our Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Department in the Parks Division. This role involves keeping City properties clean, safe, and attractive, maintaining park grounds and playground equipment, and athletic fields and recreation facilities. Responsibilities also include setting up and breaking down facilities for rentals and events, operating a variety of light equipment, general cleaning, and dealing effectively with the public.
Requirements
- Must have a valid state driver's license
- Be able to read and write
