Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Valid Nevada Driver License.
Eligibility for the RSIC Vehicle Insurance Program.
Strong physical capacity, able to engage in consistent and extended work involving bending, lifting, and other demanding activities across various environmental conditions.
Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
A minimum of four years of experience in maintenance or construction work, or a related combination of education and experience.
Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification within the first year of employment.

Responsibilities

Constructing concrete forms and fencing.
Maintaining drainage systems.
Operating a variety of job-related equipment, from light trucks to heavy machinery like excavators and graders.
Landscape construction, sprinkler systems, and grounds maintenance.
Basic mechanical repairs on pumps and motors.
Electrical system maintenance including air conditioning.
Assisting in carpentry projects like framing and flooring installations.
