Requirements

• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Maintenance/Handyman/ Janitorial job related.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow specific instructions and take direction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Track record of finishing assigned tasks effectively within limited time.
• Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations.
• Applicants must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents (green card holder).

Responsibilities

• General building maintenance, including light painting, putting anchors in walls, basic plumbing, installing and repairing doors and door hardware.
• Safely use common hand tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, drills, etc.
• Empty, clean all waste receptacles, and remove waste paper and rubbish from the premises to designated area; damp wipe receptacles as necessary.
• Hand dust and wipe clean all furniture, fixtures, paneling, windowsills, and all other hardtop surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms (sinks, toilets, countertops, floors, mirrors, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned by management.
